Delivery
It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.Â
The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are: Â
United States: 3-​4 business days Â
Canada: 5-15 business daysÂ
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.Â
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.Â
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— ​ If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!Â
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@mussanda.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.

At Mussanda, we're proud of the craftsmanship and quality of our products. We use premium paper from Japan for durability. With facilities in Canada and the United States, we print and ship from the most efficient location, minimizing delivery times and ensuring your posters arrive in perfect condition.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@mussanda.com
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@mussanda.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Return
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@mussanda.com
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@mussanda.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.
Digital Download
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds and exchanges are not available.
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing photo— we have one for every piece listed on our store, in the product description size (size chart).
